Treasure Hunt!

Oh my goodness two blogs in one week!! You guys are so lucky!!
So today we did something so cool! We went on a treasure hunt! This wasn't your normal treasure hunt, it was a Spirit lead hunt. So what we did was we prayed and asked the Holy Spirit to show us pictures or give us words, or anything to give us hints as to where to go (remember the most of us are not from around here so we don't know what to look for). Once we recorded these "hints" we broke into groups and went out to Colorado Springs and surrounding area's to try to find these things/people to pray for. In my group the words that we got were blue shirt, blue sweater, blue, and old wheel, Garden, Garden of the Gods (which is a place around here), a picture of a man in a wheel chair and a person with something wrapped around her finger.
We found out that my group and another one were going to this little community about 10 mins. away and it is very dark and into witch craft and new age religion. So like smart people we are we prayed and got the armor on and went out to fight.
Crazy side story, we heard that one of the girls in another group had a vision of a moose ( I thought right away CANADA!!!), we had to drop off some people with this other group and sure enough they were at the pottery store with a stinking huge metal moose out front... Crazy!!!! They were able to pray with the owner and help him out and minister to him!!
So yes my group just started driving not too sure how our words would connect but believing that God had a plan. So we were driving and drove right past this campsite called "Garden of the Gods Campsite!" we thought this was something that had to be pursued! We were walking around the campsite and all of a sudden we see not only one old wagon with wheels but two!! Oh boy we were very excited. Me and a couple girls felt like we just needed to hang out in that spot for a little bit. We were not too sure weather or not to go and knock on the door of the trailer right beside the wagon, so we started to walk away and this lady comes out of the trailer and asks us what we were doing. Hesitantly we walked towards her and asked her if we could pray for her, she jumped around and yelled yes, (the back of her shirt said "Campers for Christ") it turns out that she was part of an organization that goes around to campsites and holds two services a day and just ministers to the people in the camp sight! They had been running into problem after problem, so us being there was so confirming for them! So we got to pray for her! It was amazing! We then had the idea to pray around the area that they would be meeting, so the others came around and the lady got the other people she was in and you will never guess what color their shirts were BLUE!!!! It was crazy! So we all prayed for them, and they prayed for us and we were all sooo blessed and amazed at how the Lord had clearly led us there!
We also got to pray for this lady at the same camp ground, she was skeptical as to who we were praying to,but when she found out that we pray to Jesus she was more than open to it. It was such a blessing to be able to bless other believers and to be part of God letting his children know that they are not forgotten!
It was an amazing experience! I wish I could tell you everything that happened, but that would take forever! We did not get to see the fruits of the other things that people saw, but we will keep our eyes open!

God is good and if we ask him he is faithful to answer!!!
Have a great night!!
